OPnGO, the digital platform of the Indigo Group, worked with Parallel Avocats to legally structure its API offer.
Wishing to diversify the distribution of parking spaces that it references on its platform, OPnGO wanted to build a new contractual framework to make its database available to partners, through an API (Application Programming Interface).
Parallel Avocats carried out a comprehensive business and legal analysis of OPnGO’s model in order to build a lasting contractual framework adapted to the operational functioning of the platform as well as to the diversity of functioning of its partners, with the aim of facilitating the supply of its API (Application Programming Interface).
The work carried out by Parallel Avocats allowed OPnGO to deploy a new distribution channel while mastering the legal impact of this new operation and by diversifying the nature of the « API » (Application Programming Interface) partnerships with its partners.
« We have sought the advice of Parallel Avocats given their expertise in software and platform law. Their advice and support throughout the process enabled us to dynamically and precisely assess the contractual and regulatory implications of this new business model for the group. »
