Advising two VC funds in Heetch fundraising

Parallel Avocats advised Alven Capital and Felix Capital in the context of the fund raising of Heetch in order to allow them to apprehend the legal framework of the company and the stakes of the lawsuit in progress before the Correctional Court of Paris.

As part of a multi-million-euro fundraiser, Alven Capital and Felix Capital sought legal advice on the legal issues of Heetch's business model (urban carpooling), the ongoing litigation, and the legal perspectives of the model.

Parallel's lawyers thoroughly analysed the applicable rules, attended the trial hearings and drafted a detailed analysis of the model to inform VC funds of regulatory risks and opportunities. Heetch finally raised several million euros and Parallel's analysis was useful to continue the construction of the company.
