We have chosen the term « Parallel » so as to evoke the importance of legal advice connected to the operational constraints of innovative business models. Business and law cannot be dealt with separately. Parallel is also an evocation of the coexistence of traditional companies and innovative businesses, which can both benefit from the digital revolution provided that they master their legal environment and anticipate its evolutions.

Founding Partner

Passionate about the digital revolution, Michel Leclerc has been working on the interactions between law and innovation since 2013.

Michel co-founded the « Droit du Partage » blog and co-authored the book « Sharing economy & the law » with Arthur Millerand. Together, they founded Parallel Avocats in 2017. In 2018, they created « Third », a bi-annual journal where experts from different fields share their views on the changes involved in the digital economy.

Convinced that digital businesses deserve to be advised and defended by fully specialized and dedicated lawyers, Michel mobilizes all his energy to ensure that the firm’s clients have the best possible legal protection.
